Refund and Return Policy

You may request a return within 14 days after receiving your order.

Return Eligibility

• Damaged, defective, or incorrect items: Contact us within 14 days of delivery. After we review the request, we may offer a replacement or refund.
• Change-of-mind returns: We accept returns only when the product remains unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging.
• Intimate and personal-care products: We cannot accept opened or used products for hygiene and safety reasons.
• Final-sale items: Products marked final sale or non-refundable cannot be returned, except when applicable law requires otherwise.

Start a Return

Email support@thesweetzone.com within the 14-day return period. Include your order number, the reason for the request, and photos when the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Do not mail a product before we approve the return. We will send the return address and mailing instructions by email. We cannot accept unauthorized returns.

Return Shipping

You pay the return shipping cost for change-of-mind returns. The Sweet Zone will arrange or reimburse reasonable return shipping when we sent an incorrect item or the product arrived damaged or defective.

Refunds

We will inspect the returned product and email you with our decision. We will send an approved refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the credit.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return resulted from our error, the product arrived damaged or defective, or applicable law requires a refund.

Exchanges and Replacements

We may replace damaged, defective, or incorrect products after reviewing the request. Other exchanges must meet the unopened, unused, and sealed-package requirements and depend on product availability.

This policy does not limit rights provided by applicable consumer-protection laws.
